These brands are all manufactured here in Hughson California. Valley Tool & Mfg. was founded in 1964 by Ernest, Fred and Doris Brenda. Originally, the main focus was on precision tool sharpening but during the past 45 years, Fred has expanded the company into a commercial, industrial, real estate and retail organization serving the Central Valley area of California.
